Resolution 5k Run for Stroke Association, The

The Stroke Association are once again holding a 5k Resolution Run at Nowton Park on Sunday 11 March 2012!

Resolution 5K is your chance of keeping that New Year’s resolution and turning it into a reality. You can walk, jog, run or sprint – whatever suits your ability. The most important thing is that you do it!

As the first in our running event calendar of 2012 and set in beautiful Nowton Park, this exciting new event is not to be missed.

By signing up for Resolution 5K, taking regular exercise and following a healthier lifestyle, you will be reducing your own chance of having a stroke in the future.

Resolution Run is also an opportunity to raise much needed funds and awareness for those affected by stroke. Stroke is the UK's third biggest killer and the leading cause of adult.
