If your application is successful please fill in our Online Registration Form, email running@breakthrough.org.uk or call 020 7025 2422 for your runners pack and Breakthrough running vest or cotton t-shirt.

Fundraising is now even easier as you can do all your fundraising online at our JustGiving page www.justgiving.com/breakthrough - just follow the on screen instructions to get started.
It takes 5 minutes to create your online fundraising page which you can then email to all your contacts who can sponsor you online.
