Leatherhead Bikeathon 2010 for Queen Elizabeth's Foundation For Disabled People

The Third Annual Bikeathon is back - raising vital funds for Queen Elizabeth's Foundation for Disabled People Sunday 26th September 2010!
QEF works with people living with physical and learning disabilities or acquired brain injuries to gain new skills and increase their independence. Whether its learning everyday life skills, rebuilding a life affected by brain injury, acquiring the skills to drive or training for future employment QEF supports disabled people to achieve goals for life.
Challenge yourself or bring the whole family along for a fun day out by cycling one of the three routes on offer through some of the most picturesque parts of Surrey:
A 13 mile route designed for you to take things at your own pace
A 26 mile route- for those of you who have a more competitive streak and wish to see how fit you are
45 mile route Belong to a cycle club or consider yourself a semi-pro? Then why not test yourself by attempting our third and final route which will include three of the largest hills in Surrey!
All routes start and finish at our headquarters in Leatherhead where a fun village will be waiting for participants to relax after their hard work!
Register by Friday 6th August and you could win two complimentary tickets for a Vineyard Train Tour at Denbies Wine Estate

If you want to help but bikes aren't your thing then you can still get involved by:
- Volunteering on the day
- Sponsoring someone who is riding
- Promoting the event amongst your friends and family
- Offering to distribute leaflets to your local gyms, clubs and shops etc...
