BHF North Wales Bike Ride 2012 for British Heart Foundation

Now in its 5th year the North Wales Bike Ride is growing fast. 2011 saw record numbers attend this fantastic event that takes in the beautiful coast and countryside of North Wales.
With 3 routes to choose from, this is definitely an event for all ages and abilities. So whether you fancy challenging yourself to the 30 mile route of prefer a more leisurely day with the family and the 8 mile route from Rhyl to Prestatyn and back, why not get all the family involved and have a great day out.
Starting from Rhyl’s events arena, the route will take you along costal paths, cycle routes and roads around North Wales.
Some of the route is on the National Cycle Path away from the traffic, which is a great way to use the network. However, please note that although parts follow the cycle path you will need to cross roads and manoeuvre roundabouts, where the advice will be to dismount your bike.
30 mile route start: 9:30am
15 mile route start: 10am
Family ride 8 mile route: 11am
Event finish: 4pm
Adult: £15
Child: £7.50
