BHF Dorset Bike Ride 2012 for British Heart Foundation

Location: Wimborne

This splendid ride will take you through the beautiful Dorset Villages and countryside. Suitable for both families and cycling enthusiasts alike you can chose between a 25, 50 or 66 mile route. Marshalled by the Dorset Cycling Group the event is fully signposted (look out for red and white BHF signs). Raynet, the amateur radio group, are positioned around the route and have full radio contact with the organisers in case of emergency. A cycle repair vehicle will also be patrolling the route to help with any repairs needed during the ride. Cyclists can contact this via the emergency phone number and all repairs will be charged for. Cycle helmets will be available to buy at the start venue.

The routes are suitable for all levels of cyclists and takes place on roads. The route is hilly in places but usually only slightly undulating.

Event finishes: 4:30pm
