How is the recent economic turmoil affecting fundraising in the UK? It is difficult to predict trends, because some impacts are more immediate than others: for example while spontaneous giving, both from individuals and organisations, is highly sensitive to the pound in the pocket, planned giving – including from trusts – relates to longer term wealth and savings and has greater robustness.
