Warning: Genius at work?

Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg recently called for the state to ‘back off and allow the genius of grassroots innovation, diversity and experimentation to take off’ within the education system in the UK. Through his vision of ‘free schools’ which can be established by any suitable sponsor, including third sector organisations, Mr Clegg is renewing the focus on the position of the third sector in education.
