The charity sector is no exception when it comes to the competition for talent. David Fielding explains the practicalities of working with executive search firms
Working with a search firm or headhunter can often make the difference between success and failure when appointing to a senior role but standards and approaches vary dramatically. Generally, search firms (not to be confused with agencies that spit CVs at you) strive to provide a high quality service. But in an increasingly competitive market place, what you think you are buying is not always what you get.
