Joss Saunders is company secretary and general counsel for Oxfam GB. He has been involved in Oxfam's governance since 1998.
He was a member of the multi-stakeholder group that produced the NGO supplement for the global reporting initiative.
He is also a partner at law firm Blake Lapthorn where he has worked since 1995 for charities and publishers.
He previously worked in Uganda, the City of London, and Poland, where he was the representative of the Prince of Wales' business leaders' forum.
