She holds a masters in public administration (2001) from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Ph.D. in organisational behavior from INSEAD (2010).
Her research focuses on organisations with a social mission, on their growth process and their relations with their institutional environment.
Pache has also authored several books and articles, including in the Academy of Management Review and Leadership Quarterly.
