Real help
Peter Kyle sees the Real Help action plan from the OTS as a very good start and outlines his further reform wish list
On 9 February, Liam Byrne launched the third sector action plan: Real Help for Communities: Volunteers, Charities and Social Enterprises. This, he announced, is worth £42.5m and split into a £10m volunteer brokerage scheme, a £15.5m resilience fund, a £16.5m modernisation fund and a £0.5m investment in the School for Social Entrepreneurs.
