How did you end up in Sudbury?

Lord Andrew Phillips of Sudbury is a consultant at the law firm Bates Wells and Braithwaite, London which he set up in 1970.
He read Economics and Law at Trinity Hall, Cambridge and is a patron and trustee of various charities.
He was made a Liberal Democrat Life Peer in 1998 and has also worked as a freelance journalist and broadcaster.
He was awarded an OBE in 1996 for establishing the Citizenship Foundation and for services to the law and young people.
He was a member of the Charities Board of the National Lottery and is chancellor of the University of Essex.
