Paul Roberts is MD at the Improvement and Development Agency. A graduate in Philosophy and Mathematics, Paul’s career includes school teaching and inspection and being director of education in two multi-ethnic and urban locations.
Adviser to DCMS/DCSF on the cultural offer for young people, chair of trustees for Creativity, Culture and Education – the charitable company managing Creative Partnerships – he is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, board member for the Public Services Innovation Laboratory and was awarded an OBE in 2008.
