Ernese Skinner outlines the impact of losing the VAT Staff Hire Concession
The month of March is upon us and the Budget is fast approaching. As my thoughts turn to this annual event it appears appropriate to take the chance to highlight the withdrawal of the VAT Staff Hire Concession which was announced in the 2008 Budget and comes into effect in April 2009. It will have a significant impact on the sector; specifically those charities which employ temporary staff.
