Ernese Skinner presents this umbrella body's view on the Commission for the Compact...

The debate on the future of the Compact ended in early November and the Commissioner for the Compact, Sir Bernard Massie, presented his findings to the Compact Annual Meeting on 2 December 2008 (see the news review item in this issue). I thought I would discuss what CFDG thinks the key areas are.
