Keith Hickey and Richard Weighell review the findings of their latest risk survey and counsel a balanced approach to risk management
At the end of September 2009 CFDG and PKF issued our eighth annual risk survey, Managing risk – keeping in control [1]. The survey explored the economic downturn and the extent to which risk management has helped the sector so far, how charities are dealing with some of the emerging issues and the strategic options for surviving these tough times.
