Banking services for charities
As the first bank to offer its services exclusively to charities, CAF Bank's status as an authorised bank owned by a registered charity gives it a unique insight into the financial needs of other charities.

Since we were founded in 1986, our growth has surpassed all expectations. Our services are now used by over 20,000 account holders who, as at 30 April 2007, have collectively deposited over £1 billion with us.

CAF has been helping charities with their money for 80 years. In recognition of our achievements CAF Charity Financial Services has been awarded the Queen's Awards for Enterprise for Innovation 2007 - the first charity to receive this prestigious award.

Our aim is to provide charities with a high-quality banking service which combines low charges with competitive interest rates.

Our impact
As a bank owned by a charity, we can pass the benefits of our work back to our charity customers. Compared to our high street competitors, our interest rates are highly competitive. We estimate that the interest rates we pay compared to the average rates of our competitors generates an additional £18 million for our customers every year.

Our services
CAF Bank offers three main bank accounts for charities.

1. CafCash - a cheque account that includes the following features:
• online banking - a fully transactional service which enables you to manage your banking seven days a week
• an ATM cash card

2. CAF Gold - a high interest savings account

3. CAF Fixed Rate Selector Account - a fixed-rate, fixed-term account that pays market-leading rates of interest.
