About Clement Keys

Clement Keys is a leading West Midlands based independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisers established since 1885.

We have 10 partners and in excess of 90 staff. We are an independent member firm of IGAF Polaris, a worldwide association of independent accounting firms and business advisers.

Clement Keys has been awarded Accountancy Firm of the Year (between 6 and 25 partners) in 2009 by the Birmingham and West Midlands Society of Chartered Accountants..

Our Team

Our dedicated not-for-profit department services over 100 charities. The team is made up of 4 partners, 1 director and 5 managers each having a passion for the sector. In addition several of the partners act as trustees of local charities and not-for-profit organisations.

Our clients are in all the major areas of the sector including grant-making foundations, religious institutions, academies, private and state sector schools as well as bodies involved in health, social services, the arts and housing.
In addition, through membership of IGAF Polaris we are appointed auditors to the European Commission and are responsible for carrying out full operational reviews and auditing grants awarded by it to large UK charities.
